and the Carmel Chamber of Commerce.
About SNIP Mobile Spay and Neuter
The SNIP Bus (Spay Neuter Imperative Project) is a 501(c)(3) low-cost mobile spay and neuter clinic.
The bus works to actively prevent the suffering and
death of unwanted animals due to overpopulation.
The bus is independently funded through generous sponsors.
Spay/Neuter
Spay & Neuter is the foundation of the SNIP Bus! SNIP makes it easy for pet owners to do the right thing for their pets!
Microchipping
Get pets microchipped in case they ever get lost! If a pet ends up in a local shelter, they can contact the owner.
Vaccinations
Prevent avoidable diseases with a variety of affordable vaccinations!
Other
SNIP's partner nonprofit, Luke's Legacy Foundation, provides low-cost vet care aboard their Wellness Waggin'!

Lindsay Hunter Frank
Lindsay Hunter Frank is a local artist based in Pebble Beach. Lindsay specializes in acrylic on canvas, showcasing her attention to detail and colorful creativity. Her current work is primarily commissioned pet portraits, where she captures the expressions of beloved pets on a personalized abstract background, immortalizing
cherished connections for their owners.
"FRANK - My Funny Valentine"
Frank, My Funny Valentine, was named with Frank Sinatra in mind and the neon hearts begged for him to have Sinatra’s song title as part of the name. The artist blends realism with imaginative elements, capturing both the physical essence of the Chocolate Labrador and the whimsical energy of neon hearts and colorful splashes. His style as meant to mimic the style that Lindsay uses when painting her canvas portraits.

About the Program
The 2024 “Dogs of Carmel” art program showcases 16 beautifully hand-painted sculptures of man's best friend, thoughtfully crafted by talented local artists. This unique art exhibition in Carmel brings together art enthusiasts, dog lovers, and the community at large for a delightful and heartwarming experience while raising funds for two amazing, local non-profit organizations.
Visitors and locals alike are invited to embark on a delightful adventure throughout Carmel, where these charming sculptures are displayed at local fostering businesses now through September 2nd. Each creative masterpiece captures the essence of our furry four-legged friends and exemplifies the spirit of Carmel. A Walking Tour Map is available at the Visitor Center in Carmel Plaza.
These 16 Dogs are looking for their forever homes! One of these beautifully crafted sculptures of man's best friend created by talented local artists could be yours.
